  1. Eligibility:
    • The return must be requested within 45 days from the date of receiving the materials.
  2. Return Process:
    • To initiate a return, please contact our customer service department at studentsuccessskills.aec@gmail.com to request a return.
  3. Condition of the Returned Materials:
    • The curriculums must be returned in original condition, with all components of the manuals/materials included.
    • The materials should be free from any markings, highlighting, or damage caused by the customer.
  4. Return Shipping:
    • The customer is responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning the curriculums.
    • We recommend using a traceable and insured shipping method to ensure safe delivery.
  5. Refund or Exchange:
    • Upon receipt and inspection of the returned curriculums, we will process either a refund or exchange, as per the customer’s request.
    • Refunds will be issued using the original payment method used during the purchase.
    • Exchanges will be fulfilled based on the availability of the requested replacement curriculums.
  6. Exceptions:
    • This return policy applies only to purchases of curriculums. Other services such as training are not eligible for a refund.
