45-Day Return & Refund Policy (Physical & Digital Curriculums)

At Atlantic Education Consultants, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction with our products. We understand that circumstances may arise where a return or exchange is necessary. Therefore, we have established the following 45-day return policy for our curriculums:

Eligibility

  • The return or refund must be requested within 45 days from the date of receiving the materials (for physical items) or from the date of purchase/access (for digital manuals).

Return/Refund Process

  • To initiate a return or refund, please contact our customer service department at [email protected].

  • Digital manuals: No physical return is required. If a refund is approved, online access will be revoked immediately upon refund (see “Digital Manuals & Downloads” below).

Condition of the Returned Materials (Physical Curriculums Only)

  • Physical curriculums must be returned in original condition, with all components of the manuals/materials included.

  • Items should be free from markings, highlighting, or customer-caused damage.

Return Shipping (Physical Curriculums Only)

  • The customer is responsible for shipping costs associated with returning the curriculums.

  • We recommend a traceable and insured shipping method to ensure safe delivery.

Digital Manuals & Downloads

  • Digital manuals are delivered via online access (“My Library”) and/or secure viewer.

  • If a refund is approved within 45 days, access will be revoked immediately upon refund and associated user permissions will be removed.

  • By requesting a refund for a digital manual, you agree to stop using the materials and permanently delete any downloaded copies.

  • Exchanges for digital items, when applicable, consist of correcting access to the proper digital title if available.

Refund or Exchange

  • Upon receipt and inspection of returned physical curriculums (as applicable), or upon approval of a digital refund request, we will process either a refund or an exchange, as per the customer’s request.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at purchase.

  • Exchanges will be fulfilled based on availability of the requested replacement curriculums (physical or digital).

Exceptions

  • This return policy applies only to purchases of curriculums (physical and digital) made directly from Atlantic Education Consultants.

  • Other services, such as training, are not eligible for a refund.
