The Looking Good/Feeling Good goal setting tool, is built around habit change theory and uses
small goals, tracking even small improvements weekly, and sharing your successes with a small
group of people who are also using the tool to help them improve overall health, energy levels
and mood. I developed and have used this tool for over 20 years and have personally seen the
positive effects of on my energy, mood, aging and overall wellbeing. The LGFG chart helps you
monitoring your nutrition, fun/playfulness, exercise, social support and sleep/rest. These five
areas collectively are very powerful science-based stress coping strategies as well as some of
